All camps for Two’s – Rising First Graders
June 9 – 13 Budding Scientists with Ms. Mahogany
Calling all budding scientists to a fun filled week of exploring their 5 senses through the magic of science. Campers will be encouraged to think, create, and explore the world around them from a scientific perspective. From making popcorn ‘dance’ to creating a catapult that can send acorns flying across the playground, this week is sure to engage your child’s sense of curiosity and wonder.
June 16 – 20***Hoops and Goals with Ms. Yazz
Join us as we learn the fundamentals and have lots of fun doing so. Campers will have a blast playing basketball and soccer while learning the basics of each sport. Every day will bring a new skill. Campers will gain confidence in shooting, dribbling, passing, defense, and (most importantly) sportsmanship. Lots of fun competitions to keep everyone excited and engaged. Let’s hoop!! (The Two’s group will focus primarily on soccer.) ***This camp does not meet on Thursday, June 19th.
June 23 – 27 Dance Party Extravaganza! with Ms. Madison
This week is all about fun and movement as campers get their wiggles out to classic tunes like the Macarena, the Chicken Dance, and the Hokey Pokey. Little dancers will also collaborate to create their very own choreography, using creativity and teamwork to put together a dance they can call their own! It’s sure to be a week of laughter, music, and lots of dancing!
July 14 – 18 Arts & Crafts with Ms. Alice
Let’s get crafty! Join us as we use different media to make age appropriate crafts. Campers will make different process art projects and explore their creativity. They will create priceless pieces that are sure to be treasured forever!
July 21 – 25 Disney Magic with Ms. Erin
This week will be full of magic! There will be sensory play with characters like Elsa, Pocahontas, and Nemo, as well as a Star Wars Day for our young Jedi’s. And the week just wouldn’t be complete without a Moana water day. So come be our guest!

Camp hours are from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm, Monday – Friday (with the exception of June 19th). Camps are open to both currently-enrolled half-day preschool students and children from the community who do not attend Haygood Preschool. Children must be two years old by June 1 to attend camp.
