Yoga instruction is provided to children three year olds and older on Wednesdays. Yoga is an alternative form of physical and spiritual exercise. The children will learn the meaning of yoga terms and poses. The instructor is trained in teaching children's yoga and the curriculum is age appropriate and fun for the children and the teachers.
