Chapel programs are held from November through May in the Haygood Chapel and Sanctuary for children ages Three years and older. Parents and friends are always welcome to attend. The Chapel programs last for approximately 20 minutes and include a brief discussion, singing, recognition of birthdays and prayer. Chapels are inclusive and acknowledge children and parents from all faiths, races and nationalities in an atmosphere that is warm, loving, and relaxed.

The emphasis in Chapel is on celebrating God and Community.

Terrylynn Pons has served as Chaplain for Haygood Preschool and CDC for over 12 years. She received her Master of Divinity degree from the Candler School of Theology, Emory University.

Wednesday Chapel worship is held in the Chapel on Wednesdays at 9:15 AM for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten classes and on Wednesdays at 9:45 AM for Threes and Young Fours classes. Please make a note of the times for the Chapel worships below in bold.
